It is designed primarily for beginners: people who are new to CELBAN, uncertain about what they need, or ready to evaluate their current skills before deciding what to study next.

It is an orientation and information bundle.

The one-month period refers to access to the Bronze Bundle. It does not mean that every resource must be completed within a prescribed amount of study time.

It is designed primarily for intermediate learners who have feedback, previous CELBAN experience, or other evidence showing which communication skills they need to develop.

Silver = CELBAN skill development through 4 modules.

Books Are Not the Same as Online Courses

CELBANPrep provides several different kinds of learning resources.

You may encounter:

Self-Evaluations => Books => Online Courses

These are different forms of support.

For example:

1. SKILL: CELBAN Writing

2. SELF-EVALUATION: FREE CELBAN Discovery Workbook 

3. BOOK: CELBAN Writing Preparation Guide: Healer Master the CELBAN by Kim Kara M.Ed. is a publication.

4. COURSE: Wonderful Writing is an online course within the GOLD Bundle in the Learning Centre.

Hence, books and online courses are separate resources.

• Purchasing a book does not automatically mean that you have purchased the corresponding online course. 

• Likewise, purchasing a bundle does not automatically include the books sold separately through international marketplaces such as Amazon.

The books and online courses are designed to complement one another, but the book is not required in order to take the online course unless a course specifically states otherwise.

What Does “Start Date” Mean?

CELBANPrep courses are generally designed for self-directed learning with adaptable scheduling and ongoing enrollment rather than a single fixed cohort start date. (Some cohort-based offerings may operate seasonally, such as September or January.)

The three CELBANPrep Bundles are available through ongoing enrollment rather than fixed cohort start dates.

After registration, students complete the Student Advisory and Onboarding process. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for student account setup and access.

Ongoing enrollment: You don't have to wait for September/January to join.

Access after setup: You don't necessarily enter the course the instant you submit payment.

Start Date: Access begins after registration, approval, and account setup.

What Happens After I Register?

After registration, allow approximately 5–7 business days for student account setup.

A student advisory onboarding process is used to establish the learner's student profile and help determine the appropriate learning pathway.

This is part of enrollment and orientation.

Student advisory onboarding is not the same as individual coaching.

Is Coaching Included?

No. Group sessions and one-on-one coaching are optional additional services and are sold separately.

The bundles are designed to make learning resources accessible without requiring every learner to purchase personalized coaching.

• A "bundle" is access to learning information, resources, and courses.

• "Coaching" is personalized, individualized, one-on-one support.

Why Do Prices Change?

CELBANPrep uses a Compassionate Pricing Policy.

This means that resources may be offered at different prices through:

• free items (FREE Virtual Tour)

• sliding scale pricing (Silver is an affordable option compared to investing in the Gold bundle.) 

• regular pricing,

• special offers,

• sales, and

• other limited-time opportunities.

> The purpose of Compassionate Pricing is to make meaningful preparation more accessible to IENs and IEHPs whose financial circumstances may limit access to trustworthy resources.

A promotional price is therefore not necessarily the permanent price of a bundle.
